In September 2021, the output of crude steel in Africa was 140 million tons, an increase of 51.0% year-on-year; the output of crude steel in Asia and Oceania was 1.019 billion tons, a year-on-year decrease of 14.6%; the output of crude steel in the Commonwealth of Independent States was 820 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 1.0%; and crude steel production in the European Union (27 countries) The volume was 1270 million tons, an increase of 15.6% year-on-year; the output of crude steel in other European countries was 420 million tons, an increase of 4.3% year-on-year; the output of crude steel in the Middle East was 220 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 35.7%; the output of crude steel in North America was 980 million tons, an increase of 19.2% year-on-year; and the South American crude steel The steel output was 390 million tons, an increase of 17.0% year-on-year.
From the perspective of the top 10 major steel producing countries, in September, China's crude steel output was 7380 million tons, down 21.2% year-on-year; India's crude steel production was 950 million tons, an increase of 7.2% year-on-year; Japan's crude steel production was 810 million tons, an increase of 25.6% year-on-year; and the output of crude steel in the United States was 730 million tons, the same as The ratio is 22% higher; the estimated output of Russian crude steel is 590 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 2.2%; South Korea's crude steel production is 550 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 5.0 percent; the output of German crude steel is 330 million tons, an increase of 10.7% year-on-year; Turkey's crude steel production is 330 million tons, an increase of 2.4% year-on-year; Brazil's crude steel production was 310 million tons, an increase of 15.3% year-on-year; Iran's crude steel production is estimated to be 250 million tons, an increase of 8.7% year-on-year.
