On October 5, 2016, Vietnam conducted an anti-dumping investigation into H-beams originating in China, including the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Vietnam's Industry and Trade Section issued Resolutions No. 3283/QD-BCT and 3299/QD-BCT on August 21 and 24, 2017, and decided to formally impose a five-year anti-dumping duty on Chinese H-shaped steel products from September 5, 2017, which is valid until September 5, 2022. Day. On October 19, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Resolution No. 2301/QD-BCT on October 13, 2021, launching the first sunset review investigation of the case.
