Properties of titanium bar:
Titanium bar has Low Density and High Strength, Excellent Corrosion Resistance, Good resistance to effect of heat, Excellent Bearing to cryogenic property, Nonmagnetic and Non-toxic, Good thermal properties, Low Modulus of Elasticity.
Applications:
Titanium bar can be used in aircraft engines and parts, chemical equipment parts (reactors, pipes, heat exchangers and valves, etc.), ship hulls, bridges, medical implants, artificial bones, sporting products and consumer goods. Titanium bar is also used as titanium fasteners , such as titanium bolts nuts.
TigMetal can produce titanium bar according to customers’ drawing. Special requirements will be agreed on by the titanium suppliers and titanium buyers of negotiation. TigMetal bars for medical applications have tight tolerances and consistency in chemical composition, reducing machine set-up time and increasing cutting speeds.
